Sheila Floyd

Office Administrator

Sheila has over 20 years’ experience in financial analysis, healthcare business and project management.
Sheila joined Robinson Concierge Medicine in August 2013 as the Office Administrator for the practice. Sheila is responsible for oversight of all front and back office operations (Practice Compliance, Finance, HR, Administrative). Sheila is passionate about all areas of Health, Nutrition and Wellness since her daughter has personally struggled for 20 years with GI issues that were inaccurately diagnosed until they realized food was the primary problem. “She hopes to bring value to the practice and sincerity and warmth to the patients we serve.”

Sheila previously worked with the Army and Air Force exchange service in various capacities and served in the corporate world in both healthcare business and financial analyst positions and system project manager capacities for 20 years. She subsequently, worked along- side her spouse as a business owner for 10 years. During those same 10 years, while in ministry, they have worked with individuals suffering from an array of addictions. She and her husband believe a positive lifestyle is the key to healthy living.

In the most recent years she received Florida Life & Health including Variable Annuity Licensure. She brings Hospital ER, OR, OP, IP, and Behavioral Health Service management experience with her to the position. Sheila and her husband relocated to St. Pete Beach in 2011 from southern Indiana. They have 3 Adult children, a grandson and three granddaughters. She is looking forward to pouring into the lives of her grandchildren, as they grow, as she did her own.

Sierra Watson

Accounting/Clinical Relations Specialist

Sierra will likely interact with each of you at one time or another!
Sierra joined the practice in May 2014. Sierra has been instrumental in every area of clinical and concierge service in the practice while serving under Dr. Robinson.
You will see Sierra in and out of the office working remotely. She will be taking on Accounting functions as our Bookkeeper is approaching retirement.  Sierra will continue to help you with Personalized Nutritient vitamin orders and assist the Office Administrator in all areas of accounting functions.
Sierra exhibits commitment and is not a stranger to wearing many hats. She has worked as a personal and administrative assistant for small business owners, as well as a national real estate brokerage firm.
She spent many years leading customer service training and received her Real Estate Certification in 2013, before relocating to Florida.
An interesting fact about Sierra is that she has a daughter, born in September 2017, and is enjoying her role as “Mom”. She is also a licensed model in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio and Tennessee and has print ads to her credit. She became involved with the modeling industry to be a positive role model to young girls.
Sierra is very passionate about helping others to be whole in mind, body and spirit. She believes that Dr. Robinson’s heart and practice model promotes that lifestyle.

Donna Ganz

Bookkeeping/Back Office

Donna oversees the “behind the scenes” tasks that keep our practice going, from billing, inventory, to a host of other administrative responsibilities.
Donna works remotely most of the time focusing on accounts receivable billing and assisting with bookkeeping. Donna is originally from New York and has lived in St. Petersburg since 1996. Donna has a variety of business experience including 10+ years of hospital insurance billing experience and operations at assisted living facilities. She then shifted to the law enforcement arena as a youth center technician at Lealman Connection Center. She also worked in a variety of positions managing records and reports for the Pinellas County Sheriff’s office. She “officially” retired in 2012 but enjoys staying professionally active. Most recently Donna was an Assistant Bookkeeper for an Ophthalmology office before she joined Robinson MD.Donna says she can relate to weight management challenges. She connected to us through our personal trainer and health coach while she was working towards making positive lifestyle changes through exercise and a healthy diet. Donna loves to travel, knit and crochet.

Brandie Gonzales

Accounts Payable/Records Retention Technician

Brandie oversees accounts payable, online records retention, and offers support with front and back office operations.
Brandie joined Robinson MD in February 2017 to support front office operations.

Brandie now works remotely and is responsible for much needed data entry of accounts payable, online records retention, and continued assistance of back-office administrative tasks for both financial and clinical areas. She is always available to help as needed should you reach out and connect with her. You will see Brandie appear in your email when you are expecting your lab summary scorecards for review with Dr. Robinson during your phone/video visit.

She is from Monessen, Pennsylvania, has settled locally to Florida, but not before moving all around the states as a child and pre-teen. Since Brandie is well versed on travel already, her bucket list priority is to visit new and faraway places as often as possible with her family.

Brandie is very artistic. Her hobbies include reading, writing, drawing, photography, cosmetology, and binge-watching her favorite Netflix shows.

Anastacia Diaz

Medical Office Assistant

Stacia helps to ensure that all office paperwork and administrative needs are taken care of.
“Stacia” joined Robinson MD part-time in October 2017, becoming full-time in January 2018. Stacia is studying to be a “certified” medical assistant and will be assisting with vitals, ekgs and body composition analysis testing for you. She will also assist in answering your phone call, transferring your call as needed, rescheduling appointments, importing paperwork into your EHR, preparing your paper chart for your office visit, and ensuring all paper documentation is filed away correctly.

She was born and raised in Pennsylvania and moved to St. Petersburg, FL in 2016, finishing her high school senior year here. She is a very positive person, believing your mind is very powerful and you can manifest your circumstance depending on how you feel. She has found that meditating and yoga, as Dr. Stacey recommends, have been very beneficial to her, especially when her mind was in a negative state and she found herself not feeling well.

She enjoys many forms of art and creative work, believing art is a form of a person’s own individuality, so everyone should explore their creativity as a healthy outlet.
Stacia and her significant other plan on traveling to many places, experiencing new things in life, and meeting new people. Her hobbies also include Painting, Drawing, Creating, Reading and Writing.

Reanna Mohamed

Administrative Coordinator – Front Office

Reanna is the first face patients see when they arrive at our practice.
She will be the first to greet you when you arrive at our office, facilitating check-in, check-out, supplement orders, referrals, and office appointments. She will gladly point you in the right direction when you are unsure who to contact. She will process new patient paperwork for Dr. Robinson’s review. She will happily help you with any pending/new questions that may need to be routed and addressed by the doctors.

Reanna grew up in NYC, relocating to St. Petersburg, FL in July 2019 with her husband, son and daughter. Reanna and her family love being outdoors, exploring and watching the sunsets on the beach now that they have the opportunity. She attended Pace University, receiving her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2009. Reanna worked for NY’s #1 hospital (US World News & Reports) for almost 10 years in the cardiac department. Over the years, her co-workers became family. She worked closely with nurses and medical staff and felt the need to do what she could to take care of them. She observed how strenuous their jobs were on a-daily-basis, giving her a profound appreciation for what they did.

Reanna enjoys coordinating and planning events. She previously worked for a NYC event company and has also freelanced as an event planner for children’s parties and other events. She will be spearheading our patient appreciation events (so we are in good hands!).

Reanna also enjoys graphic design and is experienced in designing an array of items, from business materials, logos, and designs for nonprofits to event invitations and supplies. As she puts it, “I enjoy the process of creating something from nothing and seeing my vision unfold.” We are glad to have her on our team for our many marketing and social media projects.

Cam Cook

New Patient Liaison

As our New Patient Liaison, Cam helps to guarantee that every patient’s experience is seamless from the beginning.
Cam will receive your “Contact Us” request and initiate the process of new patient onboarding.

She will email you new patient paperwork, correspond with you regarding your specific interests, interact closely with the physicians in review of your medical history, request additional records and respond to you regarding appointment availability.

Please note that this process does take time. Thorough review is completed before placement with an MD, prior to your initial appointment – but please know we are working on each and every one of your inquiries, giving them focused evaluation for the best experience you deserve. Our goal is for you to have the most productive, efficient visit with the doctor as possible. We know your time is valuable and you are eager to engage, as are we, for your best health!

Cam started with Robinson MD in December 2020. She is a Certified Nursing Assistant and is within arms-reach of having her RN designation. She worked in Hospital Outpatient Services for 10 years and now works remotely for us where she can be away from distractions and have private discussions with you as needed. For your leisurely response, and in an attempt not to interrupt you during business hours, our communication vehicle will be via email until you advise an alternative preference. Cam is generally available until 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. EST and on Saturdays until noon.
